With the talent to share captivating stories with every sip and bite, Suzanne's adventure began about five years ago when she graduated freshly from university with a degree in art history. However, recognizing that the art world isn't always a goldmine, she followed her curiosity straight into the kitchen.

From Art History to the Kitchen

During her studies, she gained extensive experience writing historical art recipes, seamlessly bringing that knowledge into our kitchen. What started as the chef's right hand quickly evolved into the chef herself. The accumulated culinary expertise, ranging from dish development to discovering and creating unique flavor combinations, left her craving more. This inspiration led her to explore the best wine pairings for our dishes, eventually growing into our enthusiastic wine specialist.
